Too big for a pendant, David takes a moment to examine some larger Aquamarine specimens in Thailand.

David Connolly, Inc. began in 1986 working out of a home in rural Connecticut. Originally the small shop was dedicated to creating finely made colored gemstone jewelry for jewelers in the Northeast.

Today not much has changed except the size of the company. We are still dedicated to providing customers with quality colored stone, cultured pearl and diamond jewelry. Our stones are still hand selected and matched and our jewelry is still manufactured under David’s watchful eye here in our new modern Connecticut facility by a team of expert craftsmen.

In 2004 we acquired Engel Brothers a jewelry firm with similarly high standards of quality and customer satisfaction but with a different yet complimentary style.

Company Philosophy

Every March David travels to Thailand and Hong Kong to sort through thousands of carats of gemstones to find and select the finest in color and cut.

We constantly strive to provide our customers with the best in color, cut, clarity, and luster. Most of all we give our customers a sense of integrity and value.

Our jewelry is proudly made in the USA. We believe our jewelers and craftsmen are among the best anywhere. David only puts his name on the jewelry we make here in our Connecticut facility. This enables us to maintain full control of quality standards, provide more efficient service and keep jobs in America.
